Our service charges for the processing of documents are specific to the individual country and type of document involved. These charges are based on, amongst other considerations, the difficulty encountered in obtaining the particular document, the volume of such production and the time within which the processing is required. The actual amounts are calculated within the context of our estimates and invoices depending on the needs you have specified. Disbursements associated with the processing of the visas are charged at cost. Couriers are charged as a flat rate service to anywhere in Canada.

METHODS OF PAYMENT - PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL APPLICATIONS

Payments can be made by cheque, money order, cash, Visa Card, Mastercard, Diners Club or American Express. If using a credit card we need the complete card number and the expiry date. We use a point of sale machine and will return the credit card charge receipt with the passport and completed visas.

Most organizations requiring services on an ongoing basis will supply a retainer or the details allowing us to charge a Visa Card, Mastercard, AMEX or Diners Club credit card account. Organizations whose needs are more occasional will generally submit a deposit with each set of applications.
